Marram grass anchors the foreground, bending in the coastal breeze, while busy, tumbling waves roll across the middle distance beneath blue summer skies. The darker horizon beyond holds the promise of more waves to come.

These pieces are woven from memories of active, joyful days by the sea: the exhilaration of swimming in rolling surf, the focused engineering of sandcastle construction, impromptu beach cricket games, and that particular kind of happy exhaustion that comes from a full day of play in the waves.
